The Sliding Plastic Windows project was commissioned to bring modern functionality and unobstructed views to a scenic residential property overlooking the mountains. The client’s vision focused on achieving an open, airy aesthetic that allowed for maximum light exposure while maintaining energy efficiency and ease of use.

Design Concept

AGC Renovation LLC engineered custom uPVC sliding window systems that combine minimalistic design with high performance. The wide glass panels were chosen to extend the view from the living area to the outdoor terrace, visually blending interior comfort with the surrounding natural landscape.

Material & Features

The frames were crafted from premium-grade plastic (uPVC), selected for its resistance to moisture, fading, and warping—ideal for the home’s coastal climate. The double-glazed panes provide thermal insulation, reducing heat loss during cooler months and maintaining optimal indoor temperature year-round.

The smooth-sliding mechanism was installed with anti-dust rollers and corrosion-resistant rails, ensuring quiet, long-lasting operation with minimal maintenance.

Aesthetic Detailing

Natural sunlight floods the space through these large-format windows, illuminating the home’s light wood flooring and soft-toned interiors. The clean, narrow frame profile emphasizes openness, complementing both contemporary and traditional architectural styles.

Wood Sliding Doors

To ensure continuity throughout the property, AGC Renovation LLC also installed matching wood sliding doors, blending natural finishes with modern materials to create a unified, balanced interior atmosphere.
